• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when using our Service.

4. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My PG World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Noida, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
